The format of this training is usually one day per month over a 5 month period.

The course will cover a number of areas that are relevant to your organisation.

These can include:

Leadership
Motivation
Time Management
Problem Solving
Budgetary Control
Change Management
Communication - written
Communication - verbal, e.g. briefing
Customer Care
Interpersonal Skills and Influencing

To achieve the ILM Award you need to satisfactorily complete the course and:

A work based assignment
A personal development record
4 practical exercises in Communication and Leadership which relates to the job role at work.

The tutor will offer full support during the programme and will offer email and telephone assistance between events. Weightman Associates work closely with the participants to ensure they achieve the success they deserve.

All participants will be treated individually and will receive whatever assistance they require. They will also be encouraged to relate all topics covered to their own situations at work. They will also regularly set action plans which will be reviewed at the next event. All participants will be encouraged to achieve the action plan at work.
