- Prepare effectively for an appraisal with their individuals at work.
- Perform an appraisal which will generate a two-way discussion and an effective conclusion with agreed actions.
- Create a positive approach to the appraisal which creates a motivated member of staff.
- Develop appropriate methods of coping with difficult people and situations.
- Offer appropriate feedback using the BOOST model.
